- Instructions for ordering Modular Clutch:
- 1. Determine driveline series using Transparency Identification System for either North American or Metric applications
- 2. Identify connecting shaft size and the method of attachment (eg: clamp, bolt, keyway)
- 3. Obtain torque setting from Owner/Operator Manual - if available
- 4. If torque setting is not available, use Clutch Pak Selection Guide as guideline for selecting proper Clutch Pak
- 5. Order Clutch Yoke and Clutch Pak separately by Stock Number
- 6. For installation, attach clutch yoke to driveline first, then mount Clutch Pak to clutch yoke
- 7. Use modular clutch on implement end of driveline only
- 8. If implement input connection guard is removed for service, re-install guard before using machine
- 9. Some implements (eg: mower conditioner, flail shredder) require an overrunning feature incorporated into clutch. If replacement clutch requires this feature, order appropriate Modular Clutch and clutch yoke
- Clutch Pak Product Information:
- 1. Adjustment Detail:
- No spring adjustment required.
- Tighten bolts to 30 ft/lbs (max.)
- 2. Bolt Specifications:
- (6) each 5/16" x 2-1/2" UNC x Grade 5
- Attach Yoke to Clutch Pak:
- (4) each 5/16" x 1" UNC x Grade 5
- Maximum tightening spec. 30 ft/lbs
