Burns catalog number indicates chain size, number of teeth on sprocket, and hub series required
(Example: 4030X = 40 series chain, 30 tooth sprocket, that requires an X series hub)
Low hydrogen electrodes recommended
Larger sprockets are to be welded as pictured middle, and smaller sprockets are to be welded as pictured right (So weld will not interfere with chain); to weld:
1. Hold parts in place with C-Clamp
2. Tack weld in two places
3. Remove C-Clamp and weld continuously
* = Hardened sprockets available (nonstock item); add 'H' after the alternate part number
** = Sprockets that may not be used with an XX series hub
